Now you can learn the skills you need to respond to emergencies through an online learning environment that accommodates individual learning styles and needs. Using any computer that meets minimum operating requirements and has Internet access, you can participate in an exciting new blended learning format from the American Red Cross.
The first part of the training is taken online, which allows you to learn at your own pace. As a participant, you have the option of going through the course in an abbreviated format and testing out of lessons with which you may already be familiar. Red Cross online training can be stopped and started according to busy work schedules and you have access to online content for one year so that you may refresh your skills at any time.
The second part of the course is led by one of our Red Cross-trained instructors. This approximately two-hour skills practice and assessment will ensure that you learn the skills necessary to save a life in an emergency.
